Teodor Grama is a Romanian-born MSc Comparative Social Policy student at DSPI. His research interests revolve around the the politics of redistribution and the relationship between Left partisanship and the welfare state across Europe. His thesis explores the determinants of minimum income protection generosity in Central and Eastern Europe.
Before coming to Oxford, Teodor studied Human, Social, and Political Sciences at Cambridge, graduating with a First Class degree. His previous work experience includes policy research and writing roles at The Wilberforce Society and the Romanian Centre for European Policies, as well as a Co-Managing Editor position within the Cambridge Journal of Political Affairs.
