My name is Seonghun ("Hoony") Seo from South Korea.
I'm currently aiming to study on the intergenerational wealth inequality by homeownership at the University of Oxford.
Before coming to Oxford, I've earned a Master's degree in Social Welfare at the University of Soongsil. Then, my academic article was related to municipalities' social spending differences by the regional homeownership rate.
Moreover, I was working at the non-profit organisation affiliated with the national assembly in South Korea, where I participated in a wide range of local governments' policy development research studies.
My key academic interests are intergenerational wealth inequality, homeownership and wealth accumulation.
