Robert Hill

Robert is from the United States and is a candidate for the MPhil in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation.

Prior to joining DSPI, he earned his B.A. in Ethics, Politics & Economics from Yale University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and received the Robert Dudley French Award for intellectual leadership.

While an undergraduate, Robert took time off to serve as the lead outreach coordinator for Desegregate Connecticut, a nonprofit research and advocacy group that helped pass the state's first comprehensive land use reform legislation in almost forty years.

The recipient of a 2024 Marshall Scholarship, his research explores the relationship between urban policy and spatial inequality, with a focus on housing policy.
