Olha is a mixed methods researcher at Ipsos MORI Social Research Institute, where she works on the design, management, and implementation of policy evaluations on behalf of UK Ministerial departments, including the Department for Work & Pensions (DWP), Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), and Home Office.Â
Olha holds a DPhil and MSc from the Department of Social Policy and Intervention (DSPI), Oxford University, and a BS in Industrial and Labour Relations, Cornell University.Â
Alongside her DPhil on subjective poverty in Ukraine, Olha taught the undergraduate social policy module at DSPI, worked as a rapporteur at Oxford Analytica, and taught Slavonic languages at the Faculty of Medieval and Modern Languages, University of Oxford. Olha has further worked on education policy reform with the Overseas Development Institute, global Covid-19 policy response tracker with UCL Faculty of Laws, and the Hidden Dimensions of poverty project with NGO ATD 4th World.Â
Olha currently works closely with Prof. Jane Barlow on commissioning of specialist services and interventions for families with complex needs with children under the age of five in the UK.
