Eliana Lauder

Before joining the Oxford DSPI to complete her MPhil, Eliana completed her MBA at the Saïd Business School with a focus on impact accounting as a non-traditional success indicator for enterprises from small impact investing firms to large multinational conglomerates. Through research and practice, Eliana continues to study if and how the redistribution of capital and power can be a mechanism for positive outcome creation.

Prior to her time at Oxford, Eliana worked as a qualitative researcher (UX) at criminal justice reform data platform and technology company, Recidiviz.org. At Recidiviz, Eliana researched parole and probation officer behavior and incentive structures as well as evaluating the impact of Recidiviz’s digital interventions.

In her free time, Eliana enjoys knitting with her grandmother, flying small planes, and surfing big waves.
