I am a DPhil student in Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation. My research interest in the impacts of climate change of nutrition outcomes for children in sub-Saharan Africa, and the role that social protection can play in translating food security into nutrition outcomes. Previously, my research focused on synthesizing evidence on the effect of climate-related anticipatory cash transfers on household food security and child nutrition in Low and Middle Income Countries (LMICs).
My work experience is within academia and research. I worked as teaching assistant at the University of Zambia in the Department of Social Work and Sociology, as well as a research associate at Amini Center for Policy Research.
Prior to undertaking the DPhil, I completed the MSc in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation (with Distinction) from University of Oxford, and Bachelors in Social Work (with Distinction) from University of Zambia.
