Chloe Hui is from Hong Kong and is currently studying for her MSc in Comparative Social Policy. Her academic interests include the intersection of social and climate policies and international policy interventions in LMICs.
Prior to joining Oxford, Chloe graduated from the University of St Andrews with a Masters (Honours) degree in International Relations and Social Anthropology, completing part of her studies at the University of Toronto.
Throughout her studies, she has worked and volunteered with various climate justice and human rights-related NGOs, including the Third Generation Project, Justice Without Borders, and Wildlife Conservation Society (China).
