Adela Yuxuan Guo is pursuing a Master's degree in Comparative Social Policy. Her academic interests include sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender and family policy, gender and interpersonal violence, and health policy. She is currently working on paternity/parental leave take up across OECD countries and its predictors, extending beyond policy designs of parental leave policy and exploring cultural and psychological factors contributing to fathers' uptake.
Before coming to Oxford, Adela graduated in 2023 from Duke University with B.A.s in Political Science and Psychology. She briefly worked as a research fellow on reproductive rights and justice in the U.S.
